These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bddet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bddet website located at bddet.org, including all games, services, promotions, and content made available through the platform. By accessing or using bddet in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. bddet does not knowingly permit underage players to access the platform. Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account with bddet. • Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any source that is not legitimately your own.
• Attempting to exploit a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the platform. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a known or suspected technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a game, event, or market available on bddet.

Where bddet identifies prohibited conduct, it may take any combination of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets and transactions, confiscate the account balance, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as permitted under applicable law.
